- Process will include a series of 2 onsite training meetings:
- First meeting orientation and training for Staff;
- Second meeting - staff and board - final tips for execution process/success, including board role and staff role.
- Consultant will provide up to 3 additional two hour webinars for client training on use of tool/process (scheduled at client’s convenience), plus ongoing phone technical support as needed by client.
- Includes first year subscription for WePlanWell™ online.
Targeted Audience: Area not-for-profit organizations with an existing current strategic plan (which includes details such as performance/outcomes measures, accountabilities, dates). Organizations must have been in full operation for at least 2 years and have demonstrated support of web and/or software based technology.

- Training for board and staff through a professionally facilitated, customized process to focus on exemplary plan execution.
- Develop a framework by which the board and staff can operate and be accountable in moving forward to ensure effective/successful implementation of the strategic plan.
- Project will utilize new web-based planning documentation system that will streamline both documentation development as well as execution updates/tracking/reporting.
- Tie in of strategic plan with individual employee performance plan/management
