This year's effort will focus on two areas that agencies have asked for assistance: Fund Development and Human Resource Law. The third evening event will salute the region's volunteers. Charles is a graduate of the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science and Arts, and the University of Arkansas School of Law. He has been an attorney for more than 20 years, all at the same firm. His general law practice has included considerable work in employment law including advising and representing various businesses on employment issues. Charles has represented many nonprofits in a variety of ways throughout the years. His professional time is divided between litigation and non-litigation matters and he has both defended and prosecuted employment discrimination lawsuits.
